Cancellations do happen, if something is “Full” please add yourself to the “Waitlist” and you will be notified immediately if/when a spot opens up. This can easily be done within the Court Reserve App.

Scheduling to play and signing up as early as you can is encouraged. Our 11 courts fill up fast and our programs sell out quickly. We recommend signing-up early and often – and if you find yourself playing multiple times a week, we HIGHLY consider signing up for a Monthly or Annual Sure Shot Membership! Our members not only get early access to program registration and court reservations, but also get FREE drop-in sessions and discounts as well!
Sure Shot Pickleball uses the CourtReserve software system for all our pickleball open-play, leagues, lessons and pickleball court reservations. You don’t need to be a Member to play. You just need a FREE CourtReserve Account to get started. Download the FREE App (Apple | Android)
Membership Perk: Sure Shot Members get early access and advanced court booking privileges (10-14 days!)
You can cancel your booking up to 12 hours prior to your event with no penalty. Once canceled, a credit will be made to your Court Reserve account. If you are not able to make it and are less than 12 hours, please cancel in the CourtReserve as soon as you know you can’t make your reservation or call us at 630-566-2211 to let us know so that in case there is someone on the WAITLIST, it would allow them time to play.
We are open 7 days a week. Early birds and night-owls are welcome! Reservations are recommended. Most court time slots are booked in advance. We suggest you do the same.

Don’t have a pickleball paddle? No worries, Sure Shot has everything you need under one roof! – We have pickleball paddles you can rent for $5 and brand new balls for only $3.

We have over 60+ lockers on-site for players to use for free, just BYOL (Bring Your Own Lock). We also have lockers available to rent on a monthly basis if you are a frequent player looking to keep your items on-site regularly.
Sure Shot Pickleball also features two private changing rooms for players to utilize.
Yes. We have plenty of lockers available for FREE while you play (bring your own lock). We also have a monthly locker rental program so you can leave your pickleball gear here in your very own locker.
Yes! We have plenty of options to keep you hydrated! Water, pop, sport drinks, energy drinks, beer, wine, seltzers and canned cocktails too!
You are allowed to bring your own food/snacks but you are not allowed to bring in any outside alcohol or liquor.
Beer and other alcoholic options are available for players 21+ to purchase on-site.
We suggest any kind of court shoe, tennis shoe or gym shoe. No dress shoes, sandals, Crocs or flip-flops on the courts please.

Yes, you can access your CourtReserve via the web without downloading the App if desired. We have tablets at the front counter where you check-in that can access your account and handle registrations, cancellations, and any on-site purchases.

TeamReach is a commonly used group chat app within the pickleball community to find other players to play pickleball with or to find a sub to fill in for you. This app is very helpful for anyone who signs up for one of our multi-week leagues at Sure Shot This would be almost essential for the avid player.

One of the best things about pickleball is how easy it is to play. Even if you’ve never played before or don’t consider yourself an “athlete”….
